ZF/Faster is the propeller-building arm of ZF Marine. Located in Taiwan, ZF/Faster builds a series of flat-faced (KCA) propellers in 3-bladed. 4-bladed, and 5-bladed configurations. Their premium line is the New Foil series, a machined fully-cambered prop with unusual thickness at the blade roots. The New Foil is a high-performance prop that resists cavitation, primarily due to the low attack angles that characterize its cambered design. ZF/Faster produces only ISO class 1 and class S propellers. These products usually need some tuning and mass-balancing here before they are sent out as true ISO class 1 or S products.
