Directions:

At 13239 NE 20th street in Bellevue, WA, PropTech Marine Propellers is just south of route 520 and east of the I-405 intersection. From I-90 take  I-405 north and exit at route 520 East. Immediately exit right at 124^th Avenue and follow the exit ramp as it merges into 124^th Avenue within the next 200 yards or so. Enter one of the two left turn lanes at the stop light at Northrup Lane ( aka NE 20th Street) and turn left (east) onto NE 20th Street. Proceed through 132^nd Avenue (West Marine on the right) and turn right into the third drive past the 132^nd Avenue intersection; this is the Northrup Office Park entrance, between Ski Mart and Fast Signs. Continue straight down the drive 100 yards to the end of the office park. PropTech will be directly in front of you.
